Sweden's best Lebanese restaurant is St.Thomas Restaurang in Västerås, with a 4.9 Google rating based on 198 reviews. The restaurant tops our ranking using a Bayesian weighted method that balances rating and number of reviews. A great lebanese restaurant combines authentic flavours, fresh ingredients, knowledgeable staff and consistent quality over time. In our ranking these qualities are indirectly measurable through guests' Google reviews — restaurants that achieve high ratings across hundreds of reviews deliver quality week after week.
We use a Bayesian average formula that weighs Google rating (1–5) against the number of reviews. Only restaurants with at least 4.3 in rating and at least 50 reviews qualify. The formula means a restaurant with 4.9 from 25 reviews does not automatically beat one with 4.7 from 2,000 — more reviews give a more credible rating. Read the full method on our methodology page.
The list covers all of Sweden, but most top entries are in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö where competition is fiercest and choice is widest. Smaller cities can feature individual restaurants ranking nationally if they have both high ratings and enough reviews.
The data is synced continuously from Google Places. Ratings and review counts reflect the latest sync, so the list can change as new reviews come in or when new restaurants pass our qualification thresholds.
