In our ranking these qualities are indirectly measurable through guests' Google reviews — restaurants that achieve high ratings across hundreds of reviews deliver quality week after week.

We use a Bayesian average formula that weighs Google rating (1–5) against the number of reviews. Only restaurants with at least 4.3 in rating and at least 50 reviews qualify.
