These terms apply to your use of Lunch-guiden.se (the "service"). By using the service you accept these terms.

2. Purpose of the service

Lunch-guiden.se collects and displays lunch menus from restaurants in Sweden. The information is gathered automatically from restaurants' own websites and from manual submissions by restaurant owners.

3. User accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
  • You may not create accounts in another person's name without their consent.
  • We reserve the right to close accounts that misuse the service.

4. Restaurant owners

As a restaurant owner registering your restaurant on the service:

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is correct.
  • You grant us the right to display your restaurant's information and menu on the service.
  • You may at any time request that your restaurant be removed from the service.

5. Menu information and automatic collection

We collect menu information automatically from restaurants' publicly available websites. Only publicly available information is collected, such as menu texts and pricing.

Information is updated regularly but may contain interpretation errors. We cannot guarantee that all information is always correct. Always verify with the restaurant if uncertain.

Restaurant owners may at any time request that automatic collection cease for their restaurant by contacting us via the contact form on the home page.

6. Payment and subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. Payment is handled via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal period.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

  • Inaccuracies in menu information.
  • Service interruptions.
  • Any losses resulting from reliance on information on the service.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the service, including design, logo and texts (excluding menu information from restaurants), belongs to Lunch-guiden.se and may not be copied without permission.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
